“The Boy with the Light-Blue Eyes” is an emotional coming-of-age dark fantasy folktale, that ends up as a Greek Tragedy family drama. A story, which is inspired from my own experience, with a gay symbolic subtext about diversity and acceptance. A high-end arthouse direction, with beautifully natural and authentic aesthetics about a collapsing society, drowned in its owned superstitions. Local in its form, but universal in its essence."
